  • Founder and CEO

    After serving her country as a mechanic in the Army, Angela began her career as a maintenance engineer in 1999. She spent 25 years mastering her skills in home repair in both residential and corporate environments, where she met her husband and business partner, Rosser (Flooring Manager). After years of dedication to her field, and servicing all across the DMV, her entrepreneurial spirit called her to start her own business in flooring and home repair, and in 2021 In Angel’s Hands LLC was born. Angela’s passion is in fostering community and helping people achieve their own personal goals for their home.

  • Flooring Manager

    Rosser discovered his skill and passion for installing flooring and carpet nearly 20 years ago. His experience in helping home owners and businesses in the DMV achieve the floors of their dreams evolved over the years from expert in installation, to leader in the field. Today, Rosser carefully plans and implements new flooring while training and overseeing our dedicated team of Installation Specialists.
